There are may reasons for coming to counselling. I work with depression (including post-natal), anxiety, sadness, low mood, isolation, confidence issues, divorce, relationship breakdown, menopause and can help you achieve greater self awareness (helping you to understand yourelf better)

  • Sessions are charged at £50 for a 50 minute session.
  • I offer face-2-face, online via Zoom and telephone sessions.
  • I am a registered member of the BACP and work within their ethical framework.
  • My practice is fully insured and supervised.
